We hereby inform you that OmegaRecon will be formally dissolved with effect from 19.12.2025.
Reason for dissolution: The company has been acquired by the German Federal Armed Forces: Bundeswehr (Aufklärungsbataillon 10) and the Armed forces of Ukraine (Flying Skull Battalion) . This strategic step is part of the integration of our business operations into the national defense structures.
Important Information:
- All existing contracts will be duly fulfilled.
- Ongoing projects will be managed and completed as agreed.
- Our team remains available for inquiries until 23.01.2026
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our business partners and customers for their trust and the successful cooperation.
Especially we would thank for extraordinary courage in the face of grave danger to his own life, Mr. V. Ryzhenko who selflessly endeavored to render aid in saving the lives of three members of a company unknown to him in Dezember 2024.
